Is a website aimed at people who want to achieve health. It is run and owned by Rebecca Johansson. By paying the membership fee you get access to online courses (depending on membership), health information, and recipes from Nutritionist Rebecca Johansson as a teacher and Nutritionist.
Membership
By becoming a member, you accept the membership terms and conditions and our handling of personal data. You become a member by filling out a registration form and paying the membership fee.
Minor
If you are 16 – 18 years old, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to become a member. If you are under 16, special rules apply regarding the handling of personal data. For this reason, it is not permitted to become a member if you are under 16.
Charge
Nutritionist Rebecca Johansson has the right to change the membership fee and membership content from time to time. Information about such changes will be sent to the email address you provided no later than two months before the change takes effect.
The membership fee is paid by card and is drawn every month. The first draw takes place when you enter your card details. The draw then takes place every month. You can choose to end the draw and the entire membership at any time. We do not warn you that the draw will take place before.
If the withdrawal does not go through, we will try to withdraw the cost for 2 weeks. If the membership fee is not paid, your membership will be inactive. This means that access to all material will cease.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your membership in writing or by e-mail within 14 days from the date you paid the first fee, at which time you can no longer use the member page.
No special reasons are required. Your membership will be terminated when you cancel it.
If you cancel your membership within 14 days as above, any membership fees already paid will be refunded within 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you cancel later than 14 days, no refund will be made.

Your personal data and consent
On this page you can read everything about how we handle your personal data and what rights you have. By becoming a member with us, you agree to our general handling, but you can contact us at any time if you have any requests regarding your personal data. In that case, we will make sure to resolve it.
Operation
In the event of an outage of more than 72 hours, each member will be compensated by having the corresponding time added to the member's account. No financial compensation will be paid.
However, the membership - the medical body does not compensate for interruptions that can be attributed to the member.
The membership-based medical organization is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of, or the inability to use, the website.
Changes to membership and terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change, update or remove content within the membership at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms and conditions without obtaining your prior consent. Any changes will be communicated at least seven (7) days before they come into effect, through information on our website or via email.
We also have the right to launch new memberships or terminate existing memberships. If your membership is terminated, you will be informed by email. If you choose to continue using the service and paying after the terms or membership have been changed or terminated, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms. We have no further information obligation after this.
Contract period
Membership is valid until further notice. You can cancel your monthly payment at any time via your profile or by contacting us. In the event of termination, there will be no refund of membership fees already paid.
Applicable law and dispute
Disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall primarily be resolved amicably between the Parties. In the event that the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute that has arisen, it shall, where applicable, be decided by the General Complaints Board. Otherwise, the dispute shall be finally decided by a general court.
