This program includes three digital meetings designed to guide and support you at every stage of your health journey, ensuring you stay on track and achieve the best possible results. Here's how each meeting is structured:

1. The First Meeting

This meeting takes place at the very beginning of the process, shortly after I’ve reviewed your answers to the questionnaire. It’s an opportunity for us to have an open and in-depth conversation about your health, your lifestyle, and your personal goals. During this session, you can share more about your current challenges and aspirations, allowing me to fully understand your unique situation and tailor the program to your specific needs.

2. The Second Meeting

The second meeting occurs once you’ve received your personalized program. In this session, I’ll walk you through the details of your plan, addressing any questions or uncertainties you may have. Together, we’ll ensure that you fully understand the changes that need to be implemented and why they’re important for your health. This meeting is all about setting you up for success by providing clarity and confidence as you start making these changes.

3. The Final Meeting

Additionally, I may request you provide pictures of certain body parts to further assess specific organs' health and identify any visible indicators of your symptoms.

Tailored Personal Program: Armed with the information gathered from your questionnaire and visual assessment from pictures, I will design a personalized program exclusively for you. This program considers your symptoms and offers targeted measures to address them effectively. I provide detailed guidance on healthy diet choices supporting your body's natural healing process.

1-Month Support Package: With my 1-month support package, I am dedicated to being there for you every step of the way. Throughout the month, I can answer your questions, offer motivation, and provide valuable tips via email and digital meetings. I believe in the power of collaboration, so we work together closely to ensure you have control over your health. Regular follow-ups, tailored to your needs, are an integral part of this package, ensuring you receive the support necessary for your success.

How does it work?


  • After the payment, you download a document with instructions for the questionnaire. You get to answer about 50 questions regarding your health. 
  • Also, take pictures of certain body parts that are difficult to describe, such as tongue, nails, heels, and your face. 
  • When you have answered the questions, please send your photos to me at info@nutritionistrebecca.com
  • The answers to these questions will give me an overall picture of what is going on in your body, everything from malnutrition to the health of certain organs. 

I check these points, among other things:

Tongue: This can be seen as a window of internal organs. For example, the tongue tip is connected to the heart, and the left side is connected to the liver. A healthy tongue should be soft, smooth, and slightly moist—pink or light red with a thin white coat.

The face: I look for superficial blood vessels, dandruff on the scalp, cracks, or sores behind the ears. I also check for cracks in the corner of your mouth.

Hands: I check for swelling and cracks. Even the nails; white spots? Cracks? Sliced?

Arms and legs: Is there a sore spot where the shoulder meets the arm? Or small lumps on the arm?  Cracks on the heels? Leg cramps or varicose veins? Varicose veins are related to the liver!

Stools: Important part! Here I want to know exactly what the poop looks like difficult to flush down? Stinking? Does it leave speed bumps in the toilet? Or do you poop rabbit pellets? Is the poop pale? Or is there leftover food in the poop? Is it thin and broken? Hemorrhoids?

Once I have received your answers and pictures, give me about 1-2 weeks to write your program.
